Available Positions
Lead Organizer • Part-Time
Guide families across Kitsap County through overwhelming transitions as they reclaim their spaces and peace of mind. You’ll build trusted relationships, bring calm and clarity to every project, and lead your team with care and intention.
This role is for someone who connects easily with people, thinks strategically, and is excited to bring their skills into a collaborative, values-driven team. You’ll learn our approach and make it your own.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and develop customized organizing plans
- Guide clients through emotional decluttering decisions with care and dignity
- Design systems that match each family’s specific lifestyle and brain
- Lead project execution while mentoring Assistant Organizers
- Manage client communication and make real-time strategy decisions
- Show up on time, work efficiently, and keep projects on track

Lead Organizer Compensation
- $24-27/hour based on experience
- Part-time schedule: Tuesday-Friday (9am-4pm) plus some Saturdays
- Hours vary from 0-24 per week based on client bookings and your availability
Assistant Organizer • Part-Time
Help families across Kitsap County reclaim their spaces and peace of mind. You’ll work hands-on alongside our Lead Organizer, bringing care, focus, and reliability to every project. We provide full training in our methods. You bring the heart and the hustle.
Your Role on the Team
- Implement organizing systems in client homes under the Lead Organizer’s direction
- Help clients sort belongings with patience and encouragement
- Remove donations and trash as projects progress
- Support teammates to keep every project running smoothly
